Tim Cox received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from St. Edward’s University. He currently lives with his wife, Donna, in Liberty Hill, Texas. They have two children.

With 25 years of experience in the high-tech world, author Tim Cox has worked side-by-side many powerful individuals. But after helping Dell grow to a $55 billion Fortune 25 giant, he shifted gears, walking away from a lucrative career in the tech industry, and rededicating his life to a cause even more progressive than anything he has done before.

A devotee to the writings of Thomas Paine, Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin and Alexis de Tocqueville, Cox has always strived to uphold America’s founding ideals. Much like his mentor Franklin, Cox is an innovator himself, from developing software for a spy satellite system to creating credit card readers for gas pumps. But while making modern life easer for his clients was part of Cox’s expertise in systems management, today he aims for loftier goals: an overhaul of our nation’s government, and a House of Representatives unfettered by special interest groups.

To outline his plan, Cox has released Get Out of Our House: Revolution! (Bridgeway Books), which details a new method for restoring the integrity of America via the U.S. House of Representatives. The plan is to evict each current representative – all 435 of them – and replace them with ordinary citizens. In the book Revolution!, Cox also examines the key issues our current representatives have neglected, and provides a grassroots strategy for holding our newly selected representatives accountable. Jim Condit, Jr, born in Cincinnati, Ohio graduated from Xavier Univerity in with emphasis on Latin, Greek, philosophy, history, literature. He started young with an interest in the voting process as an alternate delegate at the age of 19. Jim founded the Cincinnatus Political Action Committee in 1979. Since, then he has run for office several times.

* In 1981 he helped spearhead a lawsuit against the Hamilton County Board of Elections because of the unverifiable computerized election process in use; in 1985 that lawsuit was one when Judge Richard Neihaus ruled that "there are no safeguards to prevent the computers from being programmed to distort the election results." The Court of Appeals overturned that decision without foundation or reason in 1987, leaving the easily-rigged computerized election system in place.

* In 1985, helped bring to public attention whistleblowers who stated with credibility and confirmation via events that they had been used as wiretappers by unsavory groups during their employment at a major phone company; one of the whistleblowers explained on video and in a court case how he had wiretapped the computers in Hamilton County on several election nights, including 1977, 1979, and 1981, so that, as he testified he was told, the elections could be rigged.

* 1988 and 1990, was instrumental in organizing a citizens' precinct movement to reclaim the US government, starting at the county level. This strategy is still viable, is the only way to go to reclaim the nation by peaceful and constitutional means, and is explained at www.WagtheDog2012.com

* In 1996, appeared on over 60 radio programs airing on over 725 outlets on middle sized and major AM and FM radio stations across the USA (including some of the largest 50,000 Watt Stations), on the subject of computerized votefraud vs. Honest Elections.

The powers-that-be con everyone into believing all the power lies with the President. Well, it doesn't my friends. The Congress has more power than the executive branch and...

The President has no Constitutional authority to do most of the things they claim they can do. They can only ask the Congress to do what they want. The Congress could have stopped everything that's happening; the wars, the Wall Street takeover, the TRILLION DOLLAR defense budget they just passed. Our so-called representatives have sold us out so many times it makes my head spin and what do we all do? We not only let them keep their jobs, but you watch, they will most likely give themselves a raise, like they always do, for the fine job of screwing us they've done over the last two years. The way we hold our representatives accountable is to let them keep their $174,000 a year jobs so they can stick it to us for another two years! In case you're wondering, that's $14,500 a month, which includes another $4,700.00 raise they just gave themselves.

There are people we have elected to Congress who have been there 10, 20, 30, 40, even over 50 years! Our Congress has been betraying our trust and selling us out for generations. They not only suffer no consequences for what they've done; they've benefited greatly from their wheeling and dealing. They take an oath to protect our best interests and defend our rights as guaranteed by the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and yet they make a mockery of that oath.

Republicans and Democrats take the exact same oath of office and very few of them take it seriously.

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

There are several very good reasons we make them all take this oath. The primary reason is to make it CRYSTAL CLEAR that the job we're hiring them to do is to make sure nothing unconstitutional happens. I read a quote attributed to Senator John Glenn the other day in which he said something to the effect, "If we had to apply the Constitution to all the legislation that passes before us, we wouldn't be able to pass anything."
