The entries will be judged by a panel of judges in their sole discretion according to the Judging Criteria. The criteria for this competition is two-fold:

It must be LIBERTY orientated. We enthusiastically endorse those programs designed to liberate a community and awaken people to their inherent personal freedoms. For instance, rather than giving people handouts, we prefer programs that empower people to become self-sufficient.  A competition project where people who gain knowledge as well as practical help are most likely to stay liberated. Target a specific problem of concern to you and find ways to help people in the community become involved as part of the answer so that your efforts leave a lasting legacy. You can bring liberty to a community in various ways: financially, legislatively, educationally, physically (health programs) etc., but be sure to define how your projects sets people free.

6. NOTIFICATION: Prize winners will be notified by telephone and/or email no later than 30 days after the completion of the competition. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached within five days from the first notification attempt, then such person may be disqualified at the judges’ sole discretion and the contestant with the next highest score may be awarded such prize. If prizes or prize notifications are returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected if time permits.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS: The winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability Release (“Affidavit/Release”) and a Publicity Release (except where prohibited). If a potential prize winner does not complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability Release by the deadline given, then such person may be disqualified at the judges’ sole discretion and the contestant with the next highest score may be awarded such prize. If he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
