ValYOU Founder Brenda Wehrman, Ph.D., has had extensive international field experience as a lecturer, counselor and corporate consultant to both businesses and government departments. Clarifying the meaning of "Leadership": In order to value the importance of leadership training some people need to redefine their perception of what is a leader.
