Now FHTM has over 45,000 representatives and is growing fast. International in Canada and the U.K. Because the company itself is not tied to one particular product, the multiple streams of income make it more stable. PRODUCT: Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing sells a variety of products already popular among today's consumers. Products include: Alltel, Cingular Wireless, Dish Network, Disney Wireless with GPS, Identashield, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, Magazines.com and others. These companies spend millions on advertisements and have no guarantee of getting customers. FHTM business partners (representatives) deliver loyal customer to them because 1) the Fortune network of representatives personally benefit from user points generated, 2) loyalty is even greater when customers know that their representative who is a friend or family member also benefits financially from them staying with a service. The major corporations involved pay handsomely for such customer retention, passing on the saved advertising dollars to FHTM. The representatives benefit from the high-profile of these supplier companies because prospective clients have already heard about these services. This makes it a win-win arrangement. PAYOUT: The company pays out about 90%. It has increased payouts 25 times since its inception. Eight major levels of payout with potential to get paid a percentage to infinity. PRODUCT PRICE: Prices for services (cell phone rates etc) are similar to those set by these major supplier companies as found elsewhere. The benefit in the long term is that you receive a bonus back for having used the service as well as a percentage of the usage from clients you have introduced to these services. You get paid for doing something you (and they) were doing anyway - why not get extra income for having those monthly bills rather than sending it all to the major supplier companies? START-UP INVESTMENT: $299 to come into the business. Company is clearly not making money off sign-ups because they give away $500 in fast-start bonuses to upline representatives for every $300 sign-up. They make enough money elsewhere in legitimate products and services. OTHER: Once someone gets a cell phone or Dish Network, they are unlikely to change that service frequently. True residual income is generated because products are billed in a recurring manner month after month. You don't have to resell the customer. Very good supporting marketing literature and a website (you pay for this - but get points for it) with explanatory videos. Simply send friends the link to your website. POSSIBLE CHALLENGES: You can't get paid on customers who already using these services (i.e. if they are already using Dish Network, they can't un-subscribe and re-subscribe under you). They have to be new customers of the supply company's products. You need to use three services yourself to qualify for payout - fairly easy to do as there are plenty options to choose from. Also, other immediate family members like parents or children who need a new cell phone may qualify as one of your customer points. Plus, there are consumables like health-care products (shampoo etc) from which to get qualifying points. Analysis Overall Grade: A
