Combining her expertise as a corporate executive, author of numerous books, television host, counselor and consultant, Brenda Wehrman is a captivating communicator on leadership dynamics who graphically illustrates concepts in a practical plan of action. Brenda had a rich and diverse childhood, growing up in the tropical jungles of Papua New Guinea. Her grandfather was the first Caucasian to enter cannibal territory - and come out alive! Today she is a firm advocate of how progressive strides can be brought about in developing countries. With the help of galvanizing leaders, she has seen many indigenous people move from grass huts to cultured global contributors in just a few short years. She believes we hugely underestimate the brilliance of people to rise above their supposed restrictions. Armed with first-hand knowledge of how socioeconomic advancement can be achieved, she has founded the ValYOU Academy of Personal Achievement (VAPA).

Dr. Wehrman worked for many years as a mediator and consultant to businesses and government departments. While working in New Zealand, former client organizations included the Department of Social Welfare, Department of Education, Air New Zealand, Inland Revenue Department and large regional banks. Recently, Brenda developed a training seminar for Nigerian government officials and workers on the "Dynamics of Leadership."

Brenda earned her Ph.D. in counseling from New Covenant International University, accredited by the New Zealand Government and with students in over 102 nations. She is also a certified imagery consultant who specializes in enabling clients to market themselves more effectively, giving them a statistical edge over their competitors and increasing their potential for substantial gains in both business and personal relationships.

Committed to underscoring the importance of value-based people skills, Brenda has had extensive international exposure and is familiar with the inter-workings of a broad spectrum of cultures including those of: South Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Asia, Africa, Europe and of course, the United States. A thorough understanding of various personalities and work environments has provided the foundation for sensitive, insightful liaison with staff and management. The ValYOU Academy has subscriber students in various countries all over the world.

Brenda Wehrman is a seasoned presenter who has written and designed training seminars for companies. Brenda continues to keep on the cutting edge of company needs and has written a number of books and manuals on interpersonal dynamics. She was a lecturer at the Business Division of the University of Cincinnati and the former executive director of a cable television station in Cincinnati where she also hosted numerous programs including the ValYOU Freedom Television show.

Currently, Brenda is directing a feature-length movie called The Quiet Junta which is based on the fascinating true story of an espionage agent whom she met and became friends with while working overseas. Not only is this story revealing, it is incredibly empowering - illustrating what a difference a few people committed to freedom can make.
